What you’ll accomplish with us
As an Account Manager, Brokerage, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Coordinate the onboarding and implementation of new partner brokerage firms, including collaboration in the evaluation process and responding to requests submitted to Prysm.
Maintain an up-to-date list of potential brokerage firms based on market movements.
Develop and maintain strong business and professional relationships through courtesy visits and participation in representation activities.
Proactively analyze the performance of partner brokerage firms under their responsibility and implement solutions to support the achievement of established objectives.
Ensure partner brokerage firms have a clear understanding of Prysm’s strategies, pricing, standards, products, and risk appetite.
Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Prysm’s products and brokerage systems (e.g., EIS, TarifExpert, EPIC).
Coordinate events and incentive programs in collaboration with partner brokerage firms.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
Is known for their strong knowledge of the property and casualty insurance brokerage environment and its systems, as well as for their political acumen.
Stands out for their organizational and planning skills, combined with effective negotiation abilities.
Demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to build high‑quality professional relationships.
Is recognized for their autonomy and mobility and holds a valid driver’s license.
Has a minimum of five (5) years of experience in property and casualty insurance, as well as a university degree in a relevant field (an asset).
Advanced level of French proficiency, as as the individual will need to communicate verbally and in writing with colleagues and partners.
