This is a contract position over the summer term for an expected duration of around 4 months.
Summer Student, Operations
We are hiring Summer Students to support data clean‑up initiatives and administrative projects within PPI’s Operations team. This role is well‑suited for students who enjoy structured work, handling data, and following clear, documented procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
Complete assigned clean‑up tasks by following established process documentation.
Deliver assigned work within required timeframes.
Respond to basic email inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate internal contact.
Support ongoing Operational projects and data remediation activities.
Complete mandatory and essential company trainings.
Review, update, and track data using Excel.
Maintain organized records and document progress.
Seek clarification when required to ensure accuracy.
Provide weekly status updates to the team.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Recommended Skills :
Strong attention to detail.
Basic administrative and data‑entry skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Ability to follow structured instructions and work independently.
Good time management and organizational abilities.
This role is for an existing position. The expected salary range for this position starts at $23 an hour and will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skill set.
