What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Modification Technician, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Processing policy changes in accordance with advisor and client requests.
• Corresponding with advisors through the Business Tracker to follow up on policy modifications.

• Managing urgent cases by coordinating and communicating with internal partners.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is known for their strong organizational skills and rigor.
• Stands out for their ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and solid computer skills.
• Is recognized for their interpersonal skills and knowledge of life insurance (an asset).
• Has a general college degree and 2 or 3 years of relevant industry experience.
•  Advanced level of French and English proficiency, as the role involves daily oral and written communication with French- and English-speaking clients and colleagues.

The typical hiring range for this position is between 47 544$ and 68 329$ CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
