What you will accomplish with us

As a Student – Claims Administrator, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the opening of new claims after validating information in the systems;

  • Scanning, filing, and indexing documents and received faxes to ensure efficient file management;

  • Carrying out various administrative follow-ups, including medical file requests and reminders related to ongoing requests;

  • Supporting technicians and analysts in their daily tasks to facilitate claims processing;

  • Working closely with the team to meet processing timelines and ensure service quality;

  • Applying established procedures and reporting any anomalies or issues identified in files.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently a college or university student in a relevant field;

  • Is available between 15 and 20 hours per week during academic terms (Monday to Friday, daytime) and full-time during the summer;

  • Is recognized for strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively;

  • Stands out for attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness;

  • Is comfortable using computers and technological tools, particularly the Microsoft Office suite;

  • Is known for the ability to work as part of a team and to ask for help when needed;

  • Has an intermediate level of English, as the role requires daily verbal and written communication with unilingual English-speaking third parties.
