As a Service Offering Advisor, you will play a key role in the design, writing, and delivery of winning service proposals as part of group insurance and group savings requests for proposals (RFPs).

What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Service Offer Advisor, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Managing RFP projects at all stages of delivery;

• Leading large-scale RFPs and strategic meetings;

• Communicating with the various internal group insurance and group annuity teams to validate the information required for the preparation of service proposals;

• Writing service proposals that highlight our products, tools, and services;

• Creating content that presents our products and services to ensure the relevance and marketing impact of this content.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is recognized for strong writing, summarization, and popularization skills, as well as the ability to transform complex content into clear messages;

• Stands out for rigor, attention to quality, and a strong eye for detail;

• Demonstrates an excellent ability to work under pressure while managing multiple files simultaneously;

• Is recognized for strong collaboration skills and the ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships;

• Has 6 to 8 years of experience in proposal writing, RFPs, communications, or marketing;

• Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the person will be required to write, analyze, and review service proposals and collaborate regularly with internal teams, business partners, and clients.

• The typical hiring range for this position is between 67 000$ and 95 000$ CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
