What You Will Accomplish with Us

As a Student – Quality Control Technician, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are your main responsibilities:

  • Reconcile various reports to ensure information is accurate across different systems;

  • Perform quality control on certain critical transactions;

  • Investigate discrepancies and take corrective action;

  • Report problematic situations and participate in problem-solving;

  • Control and approve client disbursements and manual checks;

  • Draft and implement procedures related to the position;

  • Utilize a wide range of computer systems;

  • Participate in the execution of various sector projects.

What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field;

  • Is available 15 to 20 hours per week during semesters (daytime, Monday to Friday) and full-time during the summer;

  • Has 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field, ideally in administration or financial services;

  • Is known for their attention to detail, meticulousness, proactivity, autonomy, organizational skills, and resourcefulness;

  • Demonstrates strong analytical and judgment skills;

  • Possesses an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role involves reading and validating complex legal contracts and communicating in writing with unilingual English-speaking clients on a daily basis.
