As a Claims Analyst (Disability and Critical Illness), you will play a key role in handling claims that require in-depth analysis. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving disability and critical illness claim files.

What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Claims Analyst (Disability and Critical Illness), you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Dive into disability and critical illness claim files to extract all relevant details;
Provide appropriate follow-ups, in writing or by phone, to claimants and partners;
Draft denial letters with tact and precision and make denial calls;
Continuously develop your skills and knowledge;
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to meet their needs.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
Holds a college diploma or bachelor’s degree related to the health field;
Is recognized for teamwork, customer service, and the ability to navigate ambiguity;
Demonstrates strong analytical and synthesis skills and can work under pressure;
Possesses solid decision-making abilities;
Shows autonomy and organizational skills;
Has advanced proficiency in French, as the role involves analyzing claims and performing written and telephone follow-ups with French-speaking clients, hospitals, and collaborators daily;
Has advanced proficiency in English, as the role involves analyzing claims and performing written and telephone follow-ups with English-speaking clients, hospitals, and collaborators daily;
Is highly familiar with the GREG system.
