What you’ll accomplish with us

As Senior Director, IT Solutions delivery, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the ultimate authority for the delivery and quality of IT services provided to the supported business sectors;

  • Advising business sectors on their digital orientations, including the selection and implementation of technological solutions;

  • Leading the delivery of IT solutions based on business needs, while meeting expected quality standards, timelines, and budgets;

  • Driving the management and execution of a major digital transformation program aligned with the strategic vision of the business line;

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of managers and IT professionals to achieve business objectives.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 15 years of experience in information technology, including the management of large-scale programs and budgets;

  • Is recognized for their ability to lead large-scale digital transformations;

  • Stands out for their strategic vision and ability to align IT solutions with business needs;

  • Demonstrates a strong ability to mobilize teams, influence stakeholders, and support change;

  • Is recognized for their leadership in people management and talent development;

  • An advanced level of English is required, as the role involves participating in management meetings, collaborating with internal teams across Canada, and communicating with vendors, with internal and external partners, on a daily basis.
