As a Transaction Technician, you will play a key role in the accurate and efficient processing of administrative operations related to individual insurance contracts.

What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Transaction Technician, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Applying clients’ premium cheques to their respective policies
Processing changes to client files (e.g., beneficiary, payment method, etc.) in the Workflow system
Managing bank returns
Processing premium billing transactions
Reinstating policies to bring them into force
Performing daily tasks based on team needs
What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
Is recognized for strong organizational and analytical skills
Stands out for their ability to effectively prioritize
Demonstrates a high level of rigor, strong attention to detail, and accuracy in task execution
Is recognized for proficiency with computer tools and efficiency in processing administrative operations
Has 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry; experience within an insurance administration department or a Managing General Agent (MGA), as well as knowledge of life insurance, are considered assets
Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves processing administrative operations related to insurance contracts and collaborating regularly with colleagues and business partners across Canada
