What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Journey Analyst (Student), you’ll be at the core of our transformation initiatives. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Support Journey Owners in defining, documenting, and optimizing end‑to‑end journeys
• Contribute to journey optimization initiatives, including experience redesign and journey orchestration
• Support the documentation of business cases, metrics, benefits tracking, and adoption rates to help prioritize features
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to complete required artifacts and support agile delivery and execution
• Actively participate in team activities and contribute to a collaborative, agile work environment

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is known for their strong analytical and data processing skills
• Stands out for their ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrates curiosity, autonomy, rigor, and strong synthesis capabilities
• Is recognized for their coordination skills and attention to detail
• Is currently pursuing a degree in computer science, administration, or another relevant field at an equivalent level
• Is comfortable manipulating large data sets, proficient with numbers, and skilled in Excel
• Has an interest in the financial services industry (considered an asset)

Compensation

The typical hiring range for this position is between $23 and $28 CAD per hour. The base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
