What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Senior Registration Officer, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit various filings on the National Registration Database (NRD) in compliance with securities laws and regulations.
  • Manage U.S. State registrations for registrants under the “Blue‑Sky” exemption notice.
  • Respond to inquiries from regulators, registrants, and Head Office, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes affecting registrations and recommend procedural updates.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of database information, updating records as required.
  • Keep up to date with industry changes and evolving registration requirements.
  • Participate in special projects assigned from time to time.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is known for their proficiency with the National Registration Database (NRD).
  • Stands out for their strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrates strong ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, particularly during peak periods.
  • Is recognized for their ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Has 8 or more years of experience in registrations, preferably within Investment Dealers and Mutual Fund Dealers.
  • Advanced level of French and English is required as the SRO will be communicating with advisors and collaborators from banks and partners across Canada on a daily basis.

The typical hiring range for this position is between 70,000 and 90,000 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
