What you will accomplish with us

As an Intern – Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy Designer, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Supporting the AI@iA team / Office of the CTO in aligning business strategy, technology strategy, and AI initiatives led by various business units;

• Participating in the analysis and structuring of AI decision frameworks, particularly related to prioritization, coherence, value, and risk management;

• Contributing to the preparation of narratives and synthesis materials intended for executive leadership to position AI at the appropriate strategic level;

• Helping bridge real technological capabilities with strategic ambitions and constraints specific to the financial services context, including governance, accountability, and risk.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer or Software Engineering with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence;

• Is recognized for strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills;

• Stands out for their autonomy, rigor, and creativity;

• Demonstrates a strong understanding of artificial intelligence capabilities and challenges;

• Is recognized for their proficiency with generative AI tools.
