Under the supervision of the OEM National Account Manager, the OEM Specialist plays a crucial role in driving the performance and development of OEM-branded products within assigned dealerships. As a strategic business partner, they support clients in optimizing their success and fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Your Responsibilities

🔹 Business Development

  • Implement effective strategies to expand OEM product offerings.

  • Identify untapped dealerships and convert them into active clients.

  • Build strong relationships through impactful presentations and follow-ups.

  • Maintain excellent communication with the sales department to optimize account management.

  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts, coordinating agreements and setup processes.

🔹 OEM Product Management

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Prepare dealership visits, reviewing past reports and developing action plans.

  • Meet with key stakeholders (owners, managers, controllers) to address needs and optimize performance.

  • Provide training on OEM product offerings and sales systems for new clients.

🔹 Sales & Representation

  • Execute OEM special programs and deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Respond promptly to inquiries and assist with claim-related concerns.

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to refine strategies.

  • Participate in industry events and training sessions to enhance expertise.
