Description

Under the supervision of the Director, IT Service Delivery - Omnichannel Platforms, the manager, Digital Platform Delivery will guide and support a team responsible for the delivery of our CRM platform within the company. You will also be responsible for the business relationship with our key suppliers, our dedicated customer experience area, the CRM center of excellence and our business areas using these corporate solutions.
We are looking for a strong leader to accelerate our digital transformation!

Your responsibilities

  • Manages employees and contractors with whom he/she often represents the first level of management.
  • Manages the workload of resources under his/her responsibility. 
  • Tactical or operational IT respondent for certain sectors of the company (including ITVP) regarding solutions and services offered.
  • Accountable for the delivery of solutions, services and the performance of his/her team.
  • Represent the organization in negotiating agreements and in dealing with external partners.
  • Agent for the organization's IT assets.

Your profile

  • Approximately 8 years of experience, combining experience in management and information technology.
  • DEC or BAC in computer science or any other relevant training at the same level
  • Experience in digital or technological solution delivery
  • Experience with managing internal and external partner relationships
  • Ability to implement, operate and optimize multi-stakeholder processes
  • Good understanding of the tools and methods required to deliver IT solutions (e.g. Software Development Lifecycle, DevOps, Agile and LEAN methodologies, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, outreach and negotiation skills
  • Excellent language skills in French and English, both oral and written, due to frequent interactions with colleagues or internal partners
  • Knowledge of SAFe methodology (asset)
  • Relevant experience in a CRM or other customer experience platform integration project (asset)
  • Experience in the financial services industry (asset)
