Description

Technology solutions are at the heart of the major digital transformation programs underway (CRM, MDM, Contact Center) and will enable the company to evolve customer experience and business processes to industry best practices.

Reporting to the Director, IT Service Delivery - Omnichannel Platforms, the manager, IT Solution Delivery - Salesforce CRM will guide and support a team responsible for the implementation, maintenance, 24/7 support and evolution of iA's enterprise CRM. You will also be responsible for the business relationship with our key vendors, our dedicated customer experience area, the CRM center of excellence and our business areas using these corporate solutions.

SIX KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages employees and contractors with whom he/she often represents the first level of management.
  • Manages the workload of resources under his/her responsibility. 
  • Tactical or operational IT lead for certain areas of the business (including ITVP) in terms of solutions and services offered.
  • Accountable for the delivery of solutions, services and the performance of his/her team.
  • Represent the organization in negotiating agreements and in dealing with external partners.
  • Agent for the organization's IT assets.

  • Experience working with the tools and methods required to deliver IT solutions (e.g. Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps, Agile and LEAN methodologies, etc.).
  • General understanding of technologies used in customer relationship management.
  • Proven experience in IT support or IT customer service.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 8 years experience, combining management and IT experience.
  • DEC or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other relevant education at the same level.
  • Experience in IT management or as an IT professional with customer relationship management solutions.
  • Good understanding of the tools and methods required to deliver IT solutions (e.g. Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps, Agile and LEAN methodologies, etc.)
  • Ability to handle several dimensions of a complex project simultaneously, in the best interest of the partner and the organization.
  • Ability to set up, operate and optimize processes involving several stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and outreach skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrate advanced English language skills (oral & written). Bilingualism will be considered an asset (you will be required to communicate regularly with English speaking teams and suppliers)
