We need motivated and hard-working employees! This is a great opportunity to start a career at iA Financial Group! Are you known for your meticulous mind and eagle eye? Do you like administrative tasks to be done well and feel efficient? Are you in your element when providing proactive support to your team? We have a temporary administrative position for you!
After a few weeks of training, you will be able to:
- Provide your expertise to administrative tasks during the processing of various transaction requests;
- Put your meticulous mind to good use by entering information in computer systems (invoicing, contract termination, amendments, legal designations, refunds, etc.);
- Process a variety of requests, in large numbers and within established timelines.
- Introduce, as needed, new ways of doing things to improve the work to be done.
What we offer:
- 12-month temporary contract until June 5, 2026
- We have 3 administrative positions available
- Hourly wage around $27
Profile sought:
- College diploma or more than one year of relevant experience;
- Good computer skills;
- Good language skills in French and English, both oral and written, due to frequent interactions with French and English speaking colleagues and clients across Canada on a daily basis;
- Excellent judgment and attention to detail;
- Good sense of customer service and attentive to the needs and expectations of customers and partners;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Works very well alone and in a team;
- Ability to learn quickly
- Positive and proactive attitude and motivated person.
