Description
iA Financial Group is constantly seeking to improve its customer experience, notably by initiating major digital changes, including the creation of customer uniqueness leading to the 360 customer view. Our team is responsible, among other things, for creating the analytical 360 view of the customer, deploying KPIs and customer intelligence. We are currently looking for a Customer Intelligence Consultant to join this team!
As Customer Intelligence Advisor and Product Owner, you will play a key role in prioritizing and managing strategic analytical initiatives. You will be the bridge between business needs and analytical solutions, working closely with data analysts and internal partners in the Customer Experience vice-presidency to transform data into levers for value creation. Your leadership and vision will maximize the impact of data on organizational results.
Do you have the ability to map out a vision, break it down, add clarity, communicate it and, finally, land it so that it becomes a reality?
Are you creative, able to react effectively and demonstrate leadership?
If you're that person, come forward and take part in “co-creating” innovation with your analytical vision!
Main responsibilities:
- Represent stakeholders and translate their needs into priorities for the analytics team.
- Develop, map and maintain a clear product vision aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Prioritize and manage the backlog of BI initiatives to maximize their impact on business results.
- Work closely with analysts and data scientists to define and deliver innovative analytical solutions.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to identify needs, validate solutions and gain buy-in.
- Measure and monitor the performance of analytical solutions in place, ensuring that they generate measurable value for the business.
- Play a key role in communicating and popularizing analytical results to business teams.
- Keep abreast of analytical trends and emerging technologies to enhance the team's capabilities.
Profile required:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, business intelligence, computer science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role or in fields related to data analysis and business intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to popularize complex analytical concepts for a variety of audiences.
- Strong project management, prioritization and collaborative work skills.
- Knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI or similar platforms (asset).
- Strategic mindset and ability to navigate complex and changing environments.
- Fluency in French and an intermediate level of English, as the individual will be required to attend training sessions, communicate and explain complex issues with stakeholders, and make presentations on a weekly to monthly basis.
