Are you detail-oriented with a passion for data analysis and financial markets? We are seeking a Sales Data Analyst at iA Clarington Investments. You'll analyze sales data, develop business strategies, and provide insights to drive success in the mutual fund industry.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data: Use statistical techniques to identify patterns and trends in sales data.
• Develop business strategies: Work with sales management to create strategies based on data analysis.
• Prepare and present reports: Create detailed reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
• Set sales targets and forecasts: Assist in setting sales targets and determining sales forecasts.
• Ensure data accuracy: Maintain the accuracy and consistency of data reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with other teams to implement and evaluate sales strategies.
• Use data analytics tools: Utilize data analytics tools and software to manage data and generate reports.
• Layer market performance with sales performance: Analyze and integrate market performance data with sales data to provide comprehensive insights and strategic recommendations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in administration, finance or other related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics or related area
• Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools and software, including Salesforce, Power BI, Morningstar, and Y Charts.
  • Salesforce: Customizing dashboards and reports, implementing automation with Salesforce Flow, integrating advanced analytics tools, and leveraging Salesforce Einstein for AI-powered insights.
  • Power BI: Loading and transforming data, analyzing sales trends, creating interactive data visualizations, and building comprehensive sales dashboards.
  • Morningstar& Y Charts: Utilizing Morningstar & Y Charts data and analytics tools for in-depth market research, performance analysis and market trend analysis.
• Communication skills: Ability to present findings clearly and effectively.
• Attention to detail: Ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
