Are you a Digital Marketing professional who's looking for their next challenge? In this role you will be tasked with creating and maintaining our Special Markets websites and web forms. You will be required to analyze requirements for specific groups and translate those requirements into digital marketing collateral. This role also involves monitoring and implementing timely updates to customer-facing content on iA Special Markets' digital platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring compliance with risk mitigation in support of key marketing initiatives. This role requires demonstrated knowledge of the Sitecore content management system, web analytics, iA Special Markets' web application functionality, and the creation of web forms and applications.

    Role Responsibilities Distribution

    20%: Campaign Co-ordinator:

    • Manage simple (templated) campaigns for standard groups, existing products or offers.

    20% Campaign Support:

    • Create new templates for campaign landing pages or microsites.

    • Create and maintain websites and web forms for campaigns.

    • Set up redirects for all microsites and landing pages in Sitecore.

    • Audit the work created by others to ensure adherence to department standards.

    • Provide technical Support to the SM Marketing team in Sitecore, Google Analytics and OG (web forms)

    60% Development and maintenance of websites and online (web) applications:

    • Develop requirements for new website or web forms functionality.

    • Update microsites and landing pages as needed.

    • Expire existing sites and web applications as needed.

    • Update PDFs (forms) and Logos for existing sites as needed.

    • Create templates for other staff members to use for online (web) application setups. 

    • Create web applications and web page set-ups for non-standard groups or new products or offers.

    • Troubleshoot website production issues.  

    • Execute testing after production releases. Test functionality in multiple environments. Perform technical QA checks.

    • Track, analyze and report on key metrics, trends and performance of iA Special Markets digital channels, providing actionable insights.

    • Liaise with the Corporate Communication and IT Teams to support digital projects, which may include user experience improvements, system upgrades and enhancement initiatives.

    • Continuously assess, identify, and enable opportunities to improve content management processes, accessibility, and user experience on iA Special Markets digital channels.

    • Create and update documentation to guide the SM Marketing team on different uses of Sitecore, Google Analytics and OG

    • Train new Sitecore users, create and maintain documentation on Sitecore procedures.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • A minimum of 3 years of digital project-related work experience.

    • Working knowledge and understanding of website technology, Sitecore platform, Google Analytics, HTML, SEO, mobile responsive design, and AODA compliance.

    • Excellent Microsoft application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

    • Excellent Adobe Pro skills

    • Understanding of Group Insurance is an asset

    • Subject Matter Expert for Business Improvement or IT projects.

    • Can multi-task, collaborate cross-functionally, pivot priorities as needed and communicate effectively to achieve objectives.

    • Can produce concise documentation.

    • Demonstrate responsible autonomy in day-to-day work & interactions.

    • Train staff members, verify and approve work done by others.

    Compensation

    The typical hiring range for this position is from $60,0000 to $65,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on skills, job-related knowledge, experience, and internal equity.
