Description

We're looking for new talent as a Sales Activation and Retention Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing communication and sales activation strategies to maximize growth and retention of group insurance and savings solutions.

You will work cross-functionally and in close collaboration with the distribution, service, communications, marketing and product teams to develop and optimize sales activation programs that enhance the effectiveness of our go-to-market efforts.

You will be responsible for defining, creating and deploying messaging and internal training for distribution and service teams to equip them to demonstrate the value of our products and services effectively.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and execute communication and marketing strategies.

  • Develop content and tools to support distribution teams.

  • Manage sales activation and retention programs.

  • Train distribution and service teams on products and sales strategies.

  • Optimize internal communications and centralize information.

  • Monitor market trends and adopt best practices.

What we're looking for:

  • University degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing, communications or sales, preferably in financial services.

  • Knowledge of group insurance and savings solutions an asset

  • Experience in sales enablement, sales operations or similar role.

  • Ability to transform complex information into clear insights for sales teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.

  • Advanced level of English language skills, as the individual will be required to communicate orally and in writing with unilingual English-speaking internal and external partners across Canada on a daily basis via email, virtual meetings and English-only content production.
