Are you a team player with strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re excited to invite you to join our friendly Dealer Services Business Transformation Team as a Business Analyst!
In this role, you’ll collaborate with IT development teams to ensure customer needs are met while prioritizing and maximizing business value.
Your Future Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage projects, including system enhancements, departmental/corporate initiatives, and system modules from inception to delivery.
- Support release implementations by owning specific areas, testing and deploying fixes or new features, delivering training within the Line of Business and across the team, and maintaining administrative procedures.
- Analyze system issues reported by business owners across Dealer Services and work with IT teams to identify root causes and implement temporary or permanent solutions.
- Independently manage multiple daily priorities, including assigned projects, support requests, and Business Technology processes (e.g., transaction confirmations, statement production).
- Take ownership of urgent system escalations, coordinating with IT and business stakeholders to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Thrive in periods of high workload and tight deadlines, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Your Background and Skills:
- 1–5 years of experience in an analyst or project role, or within Dealer Services.
- Strong knowledge of analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK).
- Solid understanding of Agile SAFe methodology.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills (major asset).
- Technical experience with Dealer Services systems (major asset).
- Experience managing small to medium-sized projects (major asset).
- Background in the finance or insurance industry (major asset).
- Bilingual (French-English) is an asset; English proficiency is required.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential.
