Your role: be the driving force behind innovation and performance!
- Lead and motivate your team of employees and contractors with dynamism and care.
- Plan and manage the workload of the resources under your responsibility efficiently and clearly.
- Act as the primary IT tactical or operational contact, ensuring quality solutions and services for the sectors served.
- Assume responsibility for deliveries, team performance, and partner satisfaction.
- Be the custodian of the organization's strategic IT assets.
By working closely with your manager and the management team, you will actively contribute to achieving the company’s ambitious results and objectives.
Your primary responsibilities:
- Inspire and guide your team through exemplary human resource management: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, motivation, and support.
- Drive IT solution delivery aligned with internal partner expectations.
- Ensure operational and strategic performance for solutions, applications, and technologies under your responsibility.
- Support project managers, Scrum Masters, and leaders in building dynamic and high-performing teams.
- Ensure the health and sustainability of IT assets, while prioritizing strategic developments (roadmaps).
- Manage technical escalations and client satisfaction issues related to your teams.
- Collaborate closely with IT managers and partners to exceed user expectations.
- Actively participate in budget management and ensure availability of financial, material, and human resources for your missions.
- Share and embody the sector’s strategic vision with your team, ensuring full understanding.
- Facilitate and address complex situations between various teams.
What we are looking for in you:
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience combining management and IT expertise, ideally in agile project environments.
- Natural leadership, managerial courage, and excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and navigate multiple priorities.
- Developed skills in collaboration and building lasting relationships with various stakeholders.
- Experience in financial, banking, or insurance sectors is a plus.
