Are you a dynamic marketing professional seeking your next challenge? We are searching for an experienced marketing professional who can expertly utilize direct response strategies in both digital and print to enhance our voluntary group insurance products. Join us as a Marketing Advisor II and become an integral part of our day-to-day operations team. You will play a crucial role in analyzing performance, devising recommendations, and driving impactful changes.
What Would I Be Doing:
Campaign Co-ordination (50%):
Manage complex campaigns for unique groups, new products or new offers. Create processes for efficient execution of campaigns, train and verify the work of other staff members.
Development and Analysis of Marketing Campaigns, Product Development and Sales Strategies (30%):
Creation of marketing strategies and tactics to achieve divisional objectives.
Provide direction and feedback to designers in the creation or modification of marketing materials.
Analyze campaign performance, make recommendations for improvement, and implement tactics to improve performance.
Create marketing communication plans to launch new products.
Prepare marketing plans for key accounts.
Provide French support to the team by reviewing the existing French Marketing materials and provide recommendations for improvement when necessary.
Content Creation (20%):
Copywriting in English and French for various platforms/mediums: websites, social media, sales collateral, brochures, proposals, presentations, sales letters, email copy, etc.
What We Are Looking For:
A degree in marketing or a related discipline is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French is required.
B2B Social Media Experience (both paid and organic considered an asset; LinkedIn experience in particular is considered an asset).
Strong collaboration skills are required to effectively work with Account Executives (Sales Teams), providing them with support and expertise to ensure high-quality service to clients. Regularly collaborate cross-functionally with other teams within the division to ensure our content is always up-to-date and accurate.
Coordinate and cooperate with management on LOB initiatives and major product launches.
Experienced and skilled in project-based work, organizing meetings (weekly and monthly), following up, and providing recommendations to ensure successful completion within deadlines.
Can multitask, pivot priorities, and communicate effectively to achieve objectives with high adaptability.
Create effective, professional marketing communications in English and French across various mediums designed to sell or promote products.
Can produce concise documentation and presentations with LOB-wide considerations.
Can professionally communicate at multiple levels to research a roadblock, solve an escalated scenario with an internal or external partner or further progress a project.
Subject Matter Expert for Business Improvement or Projects
Demonstrate responsible autonomy in day-to-day work & interactions.
Train staff members, verify and approve work done by others.

Compensation
The typical hiring range for this position is from $70,0000 to $80,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on skills, job-related knowledge, experience, and internal equity. All permanent employees of iA are also entitled to an annual bonus.
