Analyze and document business needs. Validate and define business needs more precisely in conjunction with business clients. Develop detailed description of solutions required to address business needs. Liaise between business teams and the technical implementation team. Provide support to users and partners to ensure smooth project implementation in field of operations. Take part in defining functional, integrated or acceptance testing plans as he/she is often called on to coordinate such plans and provide support to users in implementing acceptance testing. Help define and update development strategies for information tools and systems for users in this sector. Determine which processes must be updated, suggest improvements to simplify them and enhance their effectiveness, and document the process. Lead continuous-improvement and development projects in compliance with administrative and technology restrictions. Answer questions from various persons within the company and from external suppliers. Act as product owner (PO) on small-scale to large-scale LEAN missions. In collaboration with other analysts, designers, and developers, identify and establish business rules as well as rules for transitioning to systemic contexts and transforming data. Identify client-interface requirements, such as display screens, reports, and dashboards in efforts to respond to business needs. In collaboration with team members and partners, ensure the availability of required data and information and their quality in accordance with stated needs.
