Summer Intern, Sales

What you will accomplish with us

As a Summer Intern, Sales, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Work with the Regional Sales Associate (RSA) on refining processes with expenses and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Associate (RSA) to efficiently complete, submit, and manage necessary co‑op forms, as well as handle all other Sales Practices requests.
• Maintain and update advisor information in CRM systems.
• Assist in planning and coordinating advisor events, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Participate in outbound call campaigns for event attendance and follow-up.
• Actively participate in the development and execution of the sales team’s territory business needs.
• Learn and assist with fund comparisons and analytics using Morningstar and YCharts.
• Collaborate on special projects as assigned by the VP, National Inside Sales.

• Currently enrolled in a post‑secondary program (Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field).
• Is recognized for their strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Stands out for their excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Is known for their ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Has experience or knowledge related to financial services and investments (mutual funds, ETFs).
• Is interested in using artificial intelligence tools (an asset).
