What You Will Accomplish with Us

As an Accounting Technician, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Validate accounting transactions for administered contracts and reconcile clearing accounts;

  • Prepare accounting entries;

  • Identify corrections required when discrepancies occur in reconciliations;

  • Complete monthly reconciliations for the sector;

  • Respond to emails and information requests from various internal partners;

  • Keep all documentation related to the team’s accounting procedures up to date;

  • Provide support to nationwide transactional teams.

What Will Accelerate Your Success in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a college diploma in accounting or administration;

  • Has at least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting;

  • Is recognized for rigor and organizational skills;

  • Stands out for autonomy and ability to manage priorities;

  • Demonstrates strong proficiency with IT tools and Excel;

  • Is known for analytical and synthesis skills;

  • Has an intermediate level of English, as the role requires regular email communication and occasional presentations to English-speaking partners.
