What you will accomplish with us

As a Developer Intern, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Understanding and validating team needs in collaboration with the Product Owner (PO) and/or users;

• Taking part in the design, programming, configuration, or integration of solutions:
  – by applying development best practices and proper design patterns;
  – by ensuring information security and confidentiality;
  – by orienting development toward automated testing;
  – by performing the required tests throughout the development cycle up to production while avoiding service interruptions;
  – by measuring solution quality (performance, robustness, test coverage, etc.);
  – by setting up or using continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Communicating effectively, contributing to technical decisions, and participating in peer code reviews;

• Providing technical support once solutions are in production (issue resolution, maintenance, monitoring, etc.);

• Contributing to documentation to ensure long-term maintainability of the developed components.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently a student nearing the end of a DEC or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field;

• Must complete an internship for academic credit in Summer 2026;

• Has a solid understanding of Agile and DevOps principles (Scrum/Lean) and can apply them in a team setting;

• Demonstrates strong problem identification and problem-solving skills;

• Stands out through their ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders;

• Possesses an intermediate level of English language proficiency, as the person will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with unilingual English-speaking suppliers and colleagues, as well as read technical documentation related to technology written exclusively in English on a daily basis;

• Is recognized for a strong interest in automation and artificial intelligence (an asset);

• Has familiarity with cloud, container, and virtualization technologies (Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes — assets).
