What you will accomplish with us

As a Senior Risk Management Advisor, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Lead the evolution of the risk management framework and ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements;

  • Oversee the implementation of risk mitigation strategies and monitor progress across business units;

  • Recommend and integrate AI-based solutions to improve risk detection, analysis, and prediction;

  • Produce complex analyses and strategic reports to support team decision-making;

  • Develop, maintain, and test the business continuity plan to ensure organizational resilience.

What will accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field;

  • Has 5 to 7 years of experience in risk management, ideally in the financial services sector;

  • Is recognized for deep expertise in operational and regulatory risk management;

  • Demonstrates strong proficiency with analytical tools (Power BI, SQL, AI) and data governance practices;

  • Possesses solid leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment;

  • Is known for adaptability, autonomy, and curiosity;

  • Has an advanced level of English, as the role requires writing strategic reports and collaborating regularly with English-speaking external partners.
