The Customer Data Ecosystem team is looking for an IT - MDM Analyst.
The solutions are at the heart of the major transformation programs underway (CRM, Contact Center) and will enable the company to build the 360 customer view based on an enterprise repository providing the master data.
The teams have the mission to deliver the modern enterprise data repository platform based on a Master Data Management (MDM) solution. The teams also manage the maintenance, evolution and 24/7 support of the solutions in place.
As part of the IT delivery team, you will actively participate in the development of the solution as well as the evolution and support of existing solutions.
Understand, analyze, document and support partners/users in clarifying their needs.
Participate in the definition of the required functions, services or technical elements.
Participate in the design of the solution, in collaboration with the team, by staying in the "just enough - just in time", using the best practices supported by the centers of excellence.
Apply and participate in the development of functional rules, technical specifications, design standards and solution delivery.
Actively contribute, with other industry experts, to the implementation of solutions and to the completion of the following activities (examples): proof of concept and prototyping, various validations, effort assessment, testing strategies, trials, operations and usage documentation, training and knowledge articles, etc.
Participate in or perform testing at various levels of detail whether functional or technical and support partners in this area.
Actively contribute to the maintenance of the documentation necessary for the sustainability of the designed or existing elements as well as to the evolution plans of the IT assets under the responsibility of his team.
Participate in the monitoring, evolution and support of applications, systems and practices in his/her sector or business.
As needed, carry out certain technical, development, configuration or quality assurance activities when required by the context.
DEC or Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration or any other relevant training at the same level, and a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Experience in the configuration and implementation of a Master Data Management (MDM) or Reference Data Management (RDM) solution.
Have basic experience in programming languages, databases or other technologies as appropriate to the context of the role.
Knowledge of Lean/Agile principles and the ability to apply them in a team environment.
Demonstrate strong analytical, processing, coordination and collaboration skills.
Possess good communication, writing and outreach skills
Ability to maintain healthy working relationships with stakeholders from various sectors and at varying levels of authority.
Appreciate and foster contact with the internal/user partner.
Demonstrate curiosity, autonomy, thoroughness and a good sense of synthesis.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn continuously.
Have an excellent knowledge of French and ease of expression both orally and in writing.
Demonstrate a good knowledge of English, both oral and written. Bilingualism will be considered a major asset.
Knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry will be considered an asset.
