What you will accomplish with us
As an IT Analyst Intern, you will be at the center of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting partners through various IT‑related changes and initiatives that impact the Sales Force.
Understanding business needs and helping identify solutions, while participating in the implementation of the chosen approach.
Working both in “operational” and project‑based modes.
Communicating with business partners across Canada to clarify, correct, or implement various required operational, training, security or other processes.
Acting as a facilitator to help the organization grow.
Creating the right conditions for a high‑performing team focused on priority business needs.
Removing obstacles and ensuring close collaboration between all stakeholders.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We are looking for someone who:
Is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Information Systems option) or in Management Information Technology and must complete a credited internship in Summer 2026.
Demonstrates teamwork, collaboration, leadership, and strong analytical skills.
Is recognized for strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain IT concepts to business partners in simple terms.
Has strong organizational skills, good judgment, and effective priority management.
Has an intermediate English proficiency level, as the intern will communicate daily—both verbally and in writing—with English‑only colleagues.
Has knowledge of insurance, sales, or distribution networks (an asset).
Has knowledge and understanding of LEAN principles (an asset).
