What you will accomplish with us

As a Manager, Client Services, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain our service model and strategies.

  • Collaborate with other managers across Canada to ensure a consistent service approach.

  • Improve processes to better support your team and clients, actively participating in Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizens, DMS).

  • Plan and execute projects related to the implementation of new tools or technologies.

  • Coach and guide your team to strengthen understanding of strategies and tools.

  • Lead regular alignment meetings between the service team and corresponding sales team to strengthen market insight, enhance collaboration, and ensure a unified presence when presenting.

  • Ensure client satisfaction within your direct team and address any escalations or improvement opportunities.

What will help you succeed in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a university degree in a relevant field.

  • Has solid knowledge of capital accumulation plans, defined benefit plans, and investments.

  • Possesses proven experience in management and leadership, as well as in developing customer service strategies.

  • Demonstrates expertise in retirement plans and strong technical skills.

  • Understands Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizens, DMS).

  • Excels in communication, presentation, persuasion, and planning skills.

  • Shows strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build high-performing teams.

  • Is highly motivated by new challenges.

  • Has an advanced level of French, both written and spoken.

  • Has an intermediate level of English, as the person will need to communicate by email and videoconference with English-speaking team members on a weekly basis. Tasks in English include oral communication via videoconference and delivering presentations.
