What You Will Accomplish with Us

As a Product Development Advisor, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Review and improve our current product offering;

• Understand client needs in partnership with distributors to ensure product design and pricing meet their expectations;

• Stay informed about competitors’ products and ensure our offering positions us as an industry leader;

• Recommend actions that will generate profitable growth;

• Collaborate with internal partners (actuarial, IT, pricing, marketing) to design and launch products;

• Participate in training sessions for sales directors and answer agents’ questions about available products.

What Will Accelerate Your Success in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or a related field;

• Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and/or pricing;

• Possesses knowledge of living benefit products (an asset);

• Has strong English skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office;

• Stands out for excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information;

• Is recognized for analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, and creativity.
