What you will accomplish with us

As a Student – RESP Technician, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are your main responsibilities:

  • Process and analyze various error reports following the reception of RESP grant deposit files and perform the necessary follow‑up;

  • Carry out non‑financial RESP corrections following different types of rejections;

  • Ensure quality control of financial and non‑financial transactions;

  • Stay informed about administration rules and changes made to RESP product regulations;

  • Propose improvements to contract administration and take responsibility for implementing those approved by management;

  • Keep the team’s procedures up to date.

What could help you succeed in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in administration or any related field;

  • Is available 15 to 20 hours per week during school terms (daytime, Monday to Friday) and full‑time during the summer;

  • Is recognized for their strong analytical skills, good learning abilities, and sound judgment;

  • Has an intermediate knowledge of English, as the role involves reading and validating complex legal‑nature contracts and communicating in writing with English‑only clients on a daily basis.
