What you’ll accomplish with us

As an Internal Wholesaler, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Actively generate and develop new business relationships and make outbound proactive prospecting calls to advisors.
  • Use daily video and phone contact with clients to expand relationships, understand their business needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Provide essential support to the VP of Sales by promptly following up on meetings, road shows, events, and webcasts.
  • Ensure regional events and road shows are well attended through outbound call campaigns.
  • Create fund comparisons and analytics for advisors using Morningstar Report Portal and YCharts.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is known for their excellent interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Stands out for their strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and ability to be proactive and a self-starter.
  • Is recognized for being collaborative and thriving under pressure.
  • Has 1–2 years of financial experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Holds CSC (required); IFIC, CIM, CFP, CFA are considered assets.
  • Proficiency with Morningstar Report Portal, YCharts, and experience with Salesforce is highly valued.
