What you will accomplish with us

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing IA's Contact Centers. You will be responsible for planning, budget monitoring, and project coordination in collaboration with several business sectors and technology partners.

Project management with multiple lines of business in parallel:

  • Project planning, governance, and budget monitoring.

  • Coordination of deliverables and estimation of IT efforts in

  • collaboration with various teams and partners.

  • Monitoring of budget requests and management of deadlines.

Management of cross-functional and strategic initiatives:

  • Facilitation and coordination of synergies between multiple departments and business experts for the planning and prioritization of strategic initiatives.

  • Organization of monthly follow-ups, support in exploratory work, and refinement of the initiative backlog.

  • Follow-up on emerging requests and support for sectors in defining new functional requirements.

Governance and operational management:

  • Budget planning and management of project portfolios, finances, and authorizations using specialized tools (e.g., Planview).

  • Monitoring of monthly invoices (consultants, licenses, support, etc.) and team organization (composition, arrivals, departures).

  • Involvement in contract renewals, SOW (Statement of Work) management, license adjustments, and monthly capacity planning.

Relationships and partnerships with suppliers:

  • Participation in supplier partnership committees and presentation of monthly reports.

  • Monitoring of performance indicators and supplier compliance with processes.

Administrative management;

  • Approval of consultants' monthly hours and monitoring of administrative activities related to projects.

  • Is known for their thoroughness, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities in cross-functional teams.

  • Stands out for their ability to learn quickly and their curiosity about new technologies and methods.

  • Demonstrates a strong ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences.

  • Takes a customer-oriented approach, with political savvy and tact in their interactions.

  • Has 2-3 years of experience in IT project management or a similar role.

  • Has relevant training or experience in IT project management.

  • Is proficient in project management tools.

  • Has an intermediate level of English, as the person will be required to communicate with external suppliers and internal clients on a weekly basis.
