What you’ll accomplish with us


As an administrator, Group Savings and retirement (Advantage +), you’ll be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Process client requests using the established systems and tools

  • Communicate verbally and in writing with our clients and partners, providing high-quality customer service (requests and follow-ups)

  • Analyze straightforward requests and seek assistance from a specialist when required

  • Meet financial deadlines and comply with applicable policies, rules, and regulations

  • Prepare various reports and tax slips for clients and authorities, and perform accounting entries

  • Perform peer-review nonfinancial transactions for accuracy

  • Has intermediate knowledge of English, as the role involves analyzing complex files, reading and writing notes and documentation in English and communicating with unilingual English-speaking clients via email on a daily basis

The typical hiring range for this position is between $50 000 and $55 000 CAD annually. The proposed base salary may vary depending on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
