The person in place will provide support and assistance to the Call Center and Sales team for specific requests, complex cases, and quickly resolve customer complaints where necessary.

Key responsibilities:

  • Adjust the H&D claims already processed.
  • Quickly deal with customer complaints.
  • Carry out certain searches and checks as required.
  • Respond to emails and calls from the call center and sales team, business partners (e.g Can Assistance) providing fair and concise responses according to established procedures.
  • Support and assist mentors and senior agents of the Call Center on a daily basis in order to answer questions and assist them in complex files.
  • Process health and dental claims, adjustments, stop payments, reissue of checks, etc.
  • Support and assist third-party administrators and contract administrators to answer their questions regarding health and dental claims.
  • Make calls and manage first level complaints. Process rejection and follow-up reports.
  • Perform any other tasks deemed necessary to help the team meet its objectives.
  • Suggest ideas for continuous improvement and take part in problem solving.
  • Demonstrate the desire to learn and potentially gain additional responsibilities and progress to higher levels.
  • Be responsible for their development and for maintaining their knowledge of working procedures and instructions.
  • Make sure that the reference tools are up to date and report any irregularities observed in order to promote the rapid resolution of files.
