As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operations of the Information Technology sector by assisting the Senior Directors of IT Service Delivery and their management team.

What you will accomplish with us
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be at the center of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing various administrative support requests coming from team members
Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading documents and PowerPoint presentations
Preparing and producing statistical and accounting reports
Managing agendas, phone calls, and group activity calendars
Planning and organizing meetings within and outside the sector
Coordinating business travel arrangements
Handling expense reports, financial provisions, and invoice payments
Producing budget‑tracking reports
Managing office supplies for the sector
Verifying consultants’ timesheets
Collaborating closely with other administrative assistants and sector managers
What will help you succeed in this role
We are looking for someone who:
Is known for their rigor, organizational skills, and efficiency
Stands out for their ability to find solutions and deliver exceptional service
Demonstrates strong ease with digital tools and working with numbers
Shows excellent judgment, proactivity, and a collaborative mindset
Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role
Holds a vocational diploma (DEP) in secretarial studies or an equivalent credential
Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote)
Knowledge of Planview is an asset
Advanced level of English, as the role requires participating in videoconferences, reviewing documents, reading and writing emails in English with unilingual English‑speaking partners on an occasional basis.
Fluent in French both oral and written
