Description du POSTE :

  • Promouvoir les produits de placement et les services de iA à des conseillers et conseillères en sécurité financière indépendants par le biais de World Financial Group (WFG). Aider à bâtir des relations d’affaires efficaces avec les conseillers et le personnel administratif des bureaux de WFG.

ACTIVITÉS DE DÉVELOPPEMENT DES VENTES :

  • Former les conseillers et conseillères de WFG sur les produits de fonds distincts, les concepts de vente et les logiciels de iA ainsi que sur les applications et formulaires;
  • Travailler de près avec nos directeurs des ventes du territoire pour développer un plan de marketing pour leur région, plus précisément pour la diffusion de connaissances sur les produits et les logiciels aux conseillers;
  • Utiliser vos connaissances approfondies de nos produits et du secteur des placements en général ainsi que vos aptitudes interpersonnelles pour augmenter les ventes et conserver les actifs;
  • Créer et réviser des présentations avec le logiciel PowerPoint;
  • Répondre rapidement aux questions posées par téléphone, par courriel, par écrit et en personne de façon professionnelle;
  • Participer aux conférences prévues, aux tournées, aux présentations et aux événements organisés pour les sympathisants les soirs et fins de semaine au besoin.

EXIGENCES DU POSTE :

  • Baccalauréat ou diplôme collégial
  • Cours CCVM ou FIC complété ainsi qu’une excellente connaissance du secteur des fonds distincts et des placements
  • Très bonnes compétences en présentation et en discours public
  • Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles, capacité à gérer efficacement de nombreux conseillers et conseillères
  • Capacité à influencer et à motiver nos partenaires d’affaires
  • Excellentes compétences en organisation et en planification avec la capacité à respecter des délais serrés
  • Capacité à déléguer efficacement
  • Capacité de travailler de façon autonome et en équipe

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Promotes iA Investment products and services to Independent Financial Advisors through World Financial Group (WFG). Help build effective business relationships with the advisors and administration staff of the WFG offices.

SALES DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES:

  • Deliver training to WFG advisors on iA segregated funds products, sales concepts and software, as well as the completion of all applications/forms.
  • Works in close collaboration with our territory Sales Directors in developing a Marketing Plan for their regions particularly for the delivery of product and software knowledge to advisors.
  • Use your in-depth knowledge of our products and the investment industry in general, along with your interpersonal skills to increase sales and retain assets.
  • Creating and revising presentations using Power Point software.
  • Responding to inquiries through telephone, email, written correspondence, or in person, in a timely and professional manner
  • Attendance at planned conferences, road shows, presentations, and organized events for supporters during evening and weekend hours, as required

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma
  • CSC or IFIC course completion, along with excellent knowledge of segregated funds and investments industry.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of advisors. Able to influence and motivate our business partners.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills with a strong ability to meet tight deadlines. Able to delegate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
