We are looking for a Health and Dental Claims Analyst for our collective insurance team:

  • Analyze and process medical and dental expense reimbursement requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual conditions.
  • Collect the necessary information for processing a request, and make the decision to accept or reject according to the terms of the contract.
  • Verify and validate submitted documents, confirm the identity of the providers, and implement necessary controls.
  • Demonstrate expertise in autonomously processing various types of requests and maintain high standards of productivity and quality.
  • Communicate with members and providers to obtain missing information, respecting set deadlines.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and proactively contribute to them.

Profile :

  • College degree (training in the pharmaceutical, medical, or dental field is a major asset);
  • Experience in health and dental claims payment (major asset);
  • Advanced level of knowledge of the English language as the person will be required to handle English-speaking cases, speak via videoconference, exchange emails with English-speaking colleagues, and carry out tasks in a pan-Canadian team on a daily basis;
  • Analytical mind and good judgment;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Enjoy routine work;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Comfort with changing computer systems.
  • Availability to work over time.
