Advisor Experience Coordinator

The Advisor Experience Coordinator provides seamless and proactive support in enhancing the delivery of exceptional end-user experience for Advisors.  As part of the Sales Enablement Team, the Advisor Experience Coordinator is responsible for identifying process gaps, leveraging digital tools, analyzing data to gather useful insights, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to help drive Advisor productivity and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Advisor Development

  • Complete and submit CE accreditation applications to national and regional committees across Canada, including Advocis.

  • Track credit renewal dates and reapply when necessary.

  • Manage various digital tools, including the Advisor Education Portal and Hoopis Performance Network University (HPNU), and act as the system expert:
    o User and course management to ensure the system and its courses are current and utilized effectively.
    o Report on usage, survey results, and additional feedback from users.
    o Leverage the full functionality of each system for process improvements.


Knowledge Program

  • Coordinate updates between working groups, communications, and project owners.

  • Promote the program to relevant regions to maximize usage rates.

  • Manage self-study content, leveraging Talent & Culture and AEP functionality.

  • Report on delivery, updates, and feedback.


Advantage Program

  • Communicate with consultants on a regular basis and organize webinars as needed.

  • Prepare communications for advisors, internal teams, and various stakeholders.

  • Provide a summary of usage, costs, user feedback and report regional updates regularly.

Qualtrics

  • Create, modify, and manage dashboards and leverage other automation tools to gather useful data-driven insights.

  • Manage survey, including the collection and analysis of data, and provide recommendations.

  • Report development and maintenance (NPS & Transactional).

Executive Council

  • Coordinate meetings and produce meeting recaps, following up on outstanding items.

  • Report on requested items and provide regular status updates of task completion.

Events

  • Coordinate Symposium and Signature Forum events with the Event team, communications, carrier partners, leaders, and regions.

  • Support other events as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage third-party vendor relationships and assist with reviews and report on vendor usage and feedback.

  • Handle additional projects as needed.

  • Engage in actions that encourage, reflect and align with PPI’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments to our Advisors, their clients and our employees.

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in a client-facing or service-oriented role considered a strong asset. 

  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.

  • Outstanding attention to detail with proven ability to be precise, accurate and meticulous when working with data.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • For Quebec candidates, advanced level of English language is required to provide program support, manage digital tools, collect and synthesize data, and collaborate with English-speaking advisors, colleagues, vendors, and carriers through telephone, meetings, emails, and other correspondences on a daily basis.

  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving with a variety of stakeholders, with a proven ability to maintain productive working relationships.

  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies, becoming an expert where appropriate.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.

The expected salary range for this position starts at $60,000 and will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skill set.
