Student/ Summer/ Toronto/ Full-time/ Administration/ Client Service
Reporting to the Manager, Business Support, Reporting and Analytics, the Administrative and Service Support role is a key member of our Group Savings and Retirement Service team based in Toronto.
In a multi-tasking environment, you will be responsible for supporting the GBRS service team in day to day requests, preparing presentations and documents, ensuring all information and templates are up to date. You will assist in managing reporting requests, internal lists, client agreement .
You will work closely with internal partners and ensure clear communication when communicating with external partners. Skills such as high energy, multi-tasking, highly-organized, attention to detail and self-starter will be critical skills leading to their success in this critical fast paced role.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Prepares presentation and meeting materials, kits, letters, powerpoint slides and other such items by utilizing layout, formatting and keyboarding skills;
Maintains computerized filling through Sharepoint, loads necessary documents and acts as gatekeeper to ensure organization is maintained;
Manages our various contact sheets for internal and external purposes;
Manage and update our internal lists (Case List, NPS, SLA, etc);
Manage the client agreements under GBRS (Cost Plus, Service Level Agreements, Advice to Pay, Dialogue, etc);
Work closely with the Data/Business Analyst to fulfill client and advisor reporting requests;
Maintains all presentation decks for various teams under Growth and Retention, ensuring the templates are updated with the latest marketing material and branding;
Work with other team members to ensure consistency, implementation of best-practices, development of role, and an excellent support experience;
Assist in managing the general mailbox for the Business Support, Reporting and Analytics team, in addition to Service team Workflow/Secure Messaging;
Assisting with new IA employee set up including equipment, systems, business cards, parking etc.
Qualifications
Enrolled in a College or University program;
Proficiency using Word, Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint;
Excellent written and verbal communications skills and customer service orientation;
Available full-time (37.5h / week) during the Summer period.
