Then, the position of Client Relationship Manager (CRM), Group Savings and Retirement at iA Financial Group may be for you.
In this role, you will build relationships and loyalty with plan sponsors and ensure that they are fully satisfied of their experience. As a representative of iA Financial Group, you will interact with plan sponsors and advisors on a daily basis regarding our products, tools and services. You will be a key member of the Group Savings and Retirement service team.
Act as a dedicated contact for Quebec clients by establishing, developing and managing valuable relationships with them: participate in retirement committee meetings, annual meetings as well as client employee meetings.
Provide in-depth client training on our products, tools and services.
Use your strong communication and social skills to manage client expectations.
Understand client expectations and identify solutions that are satisfactory to them within iA Financial Group's capabilities and service standards.
Collaborate with the Financial Education team to develop communication plans to identify needs/issues, potential improvements or opportunities to increase member participation and/or engagement in their retirement plan.
Communicate regularly with clients and proactively inform them of our products and services as well as any changes, legislative or otherwise, that affect the retirement plan.
Collaborate with the sales team in the development of new business by preparing and actively participating in finalist presentations to prospects.
Establish, implement and maintain our service model and strategies.
Contribute to the success of other CRMs of the team by participating in internal meetings or workshops where you will share your experiences, knowledge and advice.
University degree (BA) and a minimum of 5 years experience in financial services, financial planning or client services
In-depth knowledge and experience of retirement plans and strong technical skills
Understanding and experience of Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizen and DMS)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to persuade and plan (written and oral skills)
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent organizational skills, autonomy and team spirit
Experience in managing relationships with clients and advisors
Ability to build trusting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint
License for Group Savings and Retirement plan from l’Autorité des marches financiers
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Group Savings and Retirement Insurance license from the Autorité des marchés financiers
Bilingualism in French and English is required (oral and written)
