What you will accomplish with us

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Intern, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Deploying strategic dashboards by integrating best practices in data visualization to support strategic decision‑making.

  • Developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational effectiveness using tools such as Power BI.

  • Preparing clear and concise performance reports for presentation to the executive committee, ensuring continuous and transparent communication.

  • Collaborating on the implementation and management of a control tower (strategic obeya) to centralize performance monitoring and facilitate cross‑departmental coordination.

  • Supporting the organizational performance team in aligning performance objectives with corporate strategies.

  • Tracking and evaluating the impact of performance initiatives using leading and lagging indicators to measure outcomes and efforts.

  • Leveraging business intelligence to transform data into actionable insights, enabling informed and proactive decision‑making.

What will help you succeed in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (IT, IS), Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  • Is recognized for strong proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, including knowledge of data governance, security, and performance principles, as well as solid ETL skills.

  • Has an intermediate level of English, as the role requires regular verbal and written communication with English‑only internal partners.

  • Stands out for strong analytical and data‑interpretation skills.

  • Demonstrates autonomy, curiosity, initiative, and the ability to work proactively.

  • Is known for excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
