What you will accomplish with us
As a New Business Administrator, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
Opening client files and entering new policies into our internal systems.
Analyzing, validating, and investigating files as needed to ensure data accuracy.
Processing decisions provided by underwriters.
Validating approved policies to ensure compliance before they are issued.
Submitting necessary corrections for non‑compliant contracts to maintain exemplary service levels.
Printing and managing documents, whether in paper format or through the portal, depending on the task.

Is known for their accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and validation.

Has good proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology tools.
Has 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or insurance-related role.
