As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing the sales process by acting as the primary point of contact for administrative and sales support for Sales Directors, associates, and MGA advisors.
This role is designed to ensure smooth communication between advisors and internal teams while providing efficient, timely, and structured sales support. What you’ll accomplish with us
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate sales and administrative support by responding to requests from advisors and internal team members, and routing or processing requests as required.
- Act as a key liaison between advisors, BDMs, MGAs, and internal teams to ensure clear communication, timely responses, and consistent follow‑up.
- Manage, maintain, and distribute sales concepts and presentations, including overseeing inventory in collaboration with the sales team.
- Support advisor engagement by contacting new advisors to explain available support and conducting follow‑ups after sales activities and major announcements.
- Track sales activities and results, providing visibility and insights to support sales performance and decision‑making.
- Produce customized advisor and sales contact lists and maintain accurate advisor segmentation within internal documentation.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is known for their strong customer service orientation, excellent organizational skills, and keen attention to detail, supported by post‑secondary studies in administration, finance, or a related field.
- Stands out for their advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and their ability to leverage digital platforms such as Constant Contact or equivalent tools.
- Demonstrates strong ability to prioritize effectively, adapt to constant change, and perform accurately under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced sales support environment.
- Is recognized for their effective use of sales and case‑management tools, including EVO (desktop and web), Document Centre, My Clients, Business Tracker, WebArch, Workflow, FASAT / Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams to support advisors and track activities.
- Has experience working in or supporting the insurance industry, which is considered an asset, along with hands‑on experience supporting advisor networks and sales teams.
- Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves delivering presentations in English and collaborating regularly with colleagues in throughout Canada.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required as you will need to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders.

The typical hiring range for this position is between $51,376 and $96,093 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
