We are looking for a data-driven professional to join our forward-thinking team as a Business Reporting Analyst, Market Intelligence where you will play a key role in driving our national sales market intelligence strategy through advanced data analytics and reporting processes. What Would I be Doing in this Role?

  • Contribute to the development and execution of data and analytics process and tools roadmaps.

  • Create and maintain processes and tools to support the implementation of division’s strategic objectives.

  • Support the definition and alignment of annual sales plans and objectives across various market segments.

  • Develop, customize, and maintain reporting and analytical tools to monitor sales performance and customer relationship KPIs.

  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics, Information Technology, and Sales Staff teams to curate, aggregate, and transform data.

  • Explore and leverage alternative data sources to enrich existing databases and enhance market understanding.

  • Collaborate to maintain data access rules, security, and boundaries, while seeking simple and efficient solutions.

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, administration, data sciences, or related field.

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in automotive, dealership services, insurance, or financial services.

  • 3-5 years of experience managing data, with exceptional knowledge of data enhancement techniques and tools.

  • In-depth knowledge and mastery of Power Query and SQL and scripting or office automation tools is an asset.

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics Studio, or similar tools to build dashboards and reports.

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce), dealership management systems, and technical expertise in data technologies.

  • Strong solution-oriented and customer experience focus combined with a proactive, initiative behavior (problem solver).

  • Ability to design, model, implement and deploy processes and data structures (create visuals easy to read, meaningful reports, clear data insights, etc.).

  • In-depth knowledge data loading, transfer and enhancement techniques and tools (aggregate and split data, pivot and unpivoting tables, data norming and cleansing strategies, deduplication, etc.).

What Would be an Asset but not Required:

  • Bilingualism in French

  • Experience in MS cloud technologies (ADF, Azure)

  • Working knowledge of Snowflake Data Warehousing

  • Power Automate

The typical hiring range for this position is from $70,000 to $90,000 annually; the base pay offered may vary depending on skills, job-related knowledge, experience, and internal equity. All permanent employees of iA are also entitled to an annual bonus.
