The following are the primary duties & responsibilities of the Sales Analyst role:

• Support the development and maintenance of analysis that provides insight into the different products at IA Clarington for Sales teams

• Support the development of Quarterly, and Annual Request for Information for dealers

• Morningstar, Bloomberg and YChart experience an asset

• Manage and maintain data and databases to support reports needed to support various departments.

• Support key Sales and National Accounts teams

• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across all IAC departments

• Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes, tools and resources.

• Strong investment analysis and investment literacy required.


• CIM designation with relevant work experience and / or completed CFA Level 1 preferred

• A minimum 5 years of meaningful work experience, in the financial services industry with a focus on investment analysis and / or mid or front office support

• Accuracy and attention to detail is an absolute requirement

• Proactive and self-motivated, independent individual with the dedication to perform

• Excellent interpersonal, communications and collaboration skills

• Polished and professional presenter

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Power Point, Excel (macros, VBA skills is an asset)

• CSC is a requirement.

•  Strong knowledge of finance and proven analytical and problem-solving skills

• Self-starter and takes ownership, actively engaging with peers and other counterparts to deliver results.

• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines on an ongoing basis.

• People-driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
