I’ve been with iA Financial Group for 15 years, and a manager for 13 years. My job is to recruit new advisors and support them during their internship, so they can earn their financial security advisor’s licence. I use everything I know to provide the best continuous training to all members of my team, and supervise their work and provide the support they need.
