About me
With a bachelor's degree in administration and 15 years of experience in sales, administration and business management, I had the pleasure of working with iA Financial Group as a financial security advisor. Thanks to my personalized service and leadership, I was chosen as the premier advisor in insurance and investments of the Centropolis agency, Laval in 2021. I help my clients manage their personal and business finances: protecting their family and key individuals (accident, illness, disability, death benefits), retirement planning, bringing financial projects to life (purchasing a home, children's education, savings), managing their investments (risk management, portfolio diversification). Today, I occupy the position of Sales Director and I manage a team of financial security advisors. I act as a mentor to the advisors to support them in their training as well as in the development and evolution of their careers. I act as a resource person and answer their questions regarding products. I assist advisors to ensure that their service offerings meet the needs of their clients. I provide leadership to ensure good collaboration and communication within the team. I develop recruitment strategies to bring in new candidates to join my team.
