Conducting investigations and inquiries related to fraud cases, including document analysis, information gathering, and interviews.
Planning and carrying out audit engagements, including establishing timelines and coordinating with audited business units.
Developing and implementing audit programs based on identified risks.
Assessing the design and effectiveness of internal controls as part of audit engagements.
Drafting, presenting, and communicating audit reports, including findings and recommendations.
Monitoring the implementation of recommendations, including tracking remediation timelines.
Evaluating the effectiveness of controls implemented following audit recommendations.

We’re looking for someone who:
Is recognized for their mastery of investigation concepts and methodologies, including compliance, fraud, and audit-related investigations.
Stands out for their excellent communication, influence, mobilization, listening, and ability to simplify complex concepts, as well as their ability to develop a high-level perspective.
Demonstrates strong rigor, analytical thinking, synthesis skills, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
Is recognized for their autonomy, transparency, organizational skills, and openness to change.
Has at least five (5) years of relevant experience in investigations, audit, compliance, or fraud prevention, supported by a university degree in business administration or a related field (a professional designation or audit certification such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent is a major asset).
Has an advanced level of English, both spoken and written, due to frequent interactions and collaboration with Pan-Canadian English-speaking colleagues daily.
Has an advanced level of French, both spoken and written, as the role requires daily collaboration with French-speaking colleagues.
