• Conducting investigations and inquiries related to fraud cases, including document analysis, information gathering, and interviews.

• Planning and carrying out audit engagements, including establishing timelines and coordinating with audited business units.

• Developing and implementing audit programs based on identified risks.

• Assessing the design and effectiveness of internal controls as part of audit engagements.

• Drafting, presenting, and communicating audit reports, including findings and recommendations.

• Monitoring the implementation of recommendations, including tracking remediation timelines.

• Evaluating the effectiveness of controls implemented following audit recommendations.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is recognized for their mastery of investigation concepts and methodologies, including compliance, fraud, and audit-related investigations.

• Stands out for their excellent communication, influence, mobilization, listening, and ability to simplify complex concepts, as well as their ability to develop a high-level perspective.

• Demonstrates strong rigor, analytical thinking, synthesis skills, and a strong results-oriented mindset.

• Is recognized for their autonomy, transparency, organizational skills, and openness to change.

• Has at least five (5) years of relevant experience in investigations, audit, compliance, or fraud prevention, supported by a university degree in business administration or a related field (a professional designation or audit certification such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent is a major asset).

• Has an advanced level of English, both spoken and written, due to frequent interactions and collaboration with Pan-Canadian English-speaking colleagues daily.

• Has an advanced level of French, both spoken and written, as the role requires daily collaboration with French-speaking colleagues.
